14. Expert report. With the exception of proceedings for the recovery of a small claim, a party that produces an expert report must also produce the author’s curriculum vitae and, if they are claimed as legal costs, the invoice for the expert’s fees up to that date and for the expert’s fees to attend the trial, if useful, or to testify.
